Filipino all-girl band tuesday trinkets finds comfort in “I know one day”

September 30, 2026

The dreamy power pop band drops their first official single as an artist under Sony Music Entertainment

All-girl dreamy power pop band tuesday trinkets explores the unspoken comfort of having someone by your side in “I know one day,” their new single released under Sony Music Entertainment.

Instead of framing companionship through the conventions of a romantic love song, “I know one day” focuses on something more understated and universal: the relief of having someone around when life feels repetitive, overwhelming, or exhausting. As the song suggests, sometimes a person’s presence is enough to make a difficult day feel lighter.

“Even something as simple as getting the keys, stealing a kiss, and spending time together suddenly makes everything else feel less important,” the band shares.

Sonically speaking, “I know one day” blends contemporary pop-rock production with dreamy, nostalgic melodies that shaped the band’s musical sensibilities. Influenced by the music and films they grew up with—including Barbie Diaries, Michelle Branch, Hilary Duff, and late-2000s to early-2010s pop—the track carries the familiarity of childhood nostalgia while remaining distinctly tuesday trinkets.

Rather than embracing a rigid blueprint, tuesday trinkets introduced new sonic elements in “I know one day,” incorporating disc scratches and cyber-inspired arpeggiated synths. This process informs the band’s instinctive approach to songwriting and production while letting experimentation speak for the music.

The band’s latest release marks their first partnership with record label Sony Music Entertainment. After releasing music independently, the band sees the collaboration as an opportunity to reach new listeners, learn from industry professionals, and discover where their music can go on a broader platform.

At the same time, the band remains committed to preserving the curiosity, honesty, and sense of wonder that define its indie roots. For tuesday trinkets, growth does not require abandoning where it came from. Instead, it means learning how to occupy a bigger space while ensuring that every song still feels unmistakably its own.

tuesday trinkets’ “I know one day” is out now on all digital music platforms worldwide via Sony Music Entertainment.
