IV OF SPADES, SB19, Ben&Ben, and more SME artists earned top honors across recording, songwriting, production, and technical categories
Sony Music Philippines dominated the 39th Awit Awards, taking home eleven (11) honors across major categories.
IV OF SPADES led the night’s victories, with their acclaimed album Andalucia named Album of the Year. The four-piece band also bagged Song of the Year for “Aura.” Their song “Monster” earned Best Sound Engineered Recording.
Fresh from their Album of the Year win, IV OF SPADES closed the ceremony with a three-track set. They performed their latest single “Isang Pag-Ibig,” their hit track “Kabisado,” and the Song of the Year-winning “Aura.”
SB19 likewise enjoyed a festive night. “DUNGKA!” took home three awards: Best Pop Recording, Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and Best Music Video.
Ahead of the release of their first-ever anthology album, Ninethis month, Ben&Ben picked up two major awards, including Best Performance by a Group and Best Musical Arrangement for “Saranggola.”
Producer Brian Lotho was also named Producer of the Year, adding another major distinction to Sony Music Philippines’ haul. His winning body of work includes production for tracks from IV OF SPADES’ Andalucia, plus nominated recordings by dwta and the James Reid and TJ Monterde collaboration “Pahinga.”
Other winners include SB19’s John Paulo Nase (PABLO of SB19 / RADKIDZ), who was named Songwriter of the Yearfor his exemplary work on SB19’s Simula At Wakas, the P-Pop powerhouse’s 2025 EP. YARA and Nateman also won Best Remix Recording for “Sabi Ko Na (Remix).”
Aside from bagging major awards, Sony Music Philippines artists also took part in the ceremony’s live performances. Marina Summers brought “Walang Kaba” to the Awit Awards stage, with the track getting nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Recording.

The 39th Awit Awards took place at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on September 15, 2026. Presented by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry Inc. (PARI), the award-giving body “recognizes the artists, creators, and works that continue to shape the nation’s sound.”
