August 14th, 2026 — BRIT Award winners and global arena headliners Jungle finally unveil their new album 'Sunshine', introducing a brighter, more optimistic sonic palette while staying true to the groove-driven sound that defines their discography. The release arrives alongside the official video for the title track. Fans can stream the new single HERE and watch the music video HERE.
Across eleven tracks, 'Sunshine' sees the trio—J Lloyd, Tom McFarland, and Lydia Kitto—continue to evolve Jungle's signature blend of soul, disco, hip-hop and electronic music, embracing a warmer, more open sound built around lush harmonies. Lyrically, the record explores themes of connection, hope and acceptance, creating an optimistic record that looks towards brighter days.
'Sunshine' also marks the first album to feature Lydia Kitto as an official member of Jungle alongside founding duo J Lloyd and Tom McFarland. Lydia's voice sits at the heart of the record, taking many of the lead vocals while the trio’s shared harmonies help define its distinct sound.

** PREMIERES AUGUST 14TH, 11:00 PM (GMT+8) **
"For us, 'Sunshine' isn't about weather or seasons. It's a feeling. It's a place you carry around in your mind. Somewhere you imagine when you're looking towards better days. It represents light, vibration and energy. It doesn't tell you how to feel, it simply exists. Once we realised that, it naturally became the title of both the song and the album."

Created from homemade vocal samples, manipulated guitars, reworked demos and organic performances, 'Sunshine' embraces a more instinctive and natural approach to Jungle's songwriting and production.
A day earlier, Jungle marked the album's arrival with a series of global playback events, inviting fans worldwide to experience 'Sunshine' ahead of release. This extended to participating record stores across Southeast Asia—including Manila, Jakarta, Singapore, and Malaysia—where fans gathered for an early glimpse into the new record, with exclusive keepsakes to take home.
Previously released tracks "Carry On", "The Wave" and "Someday, Somewhere" have all earned extensive radio support, including two Radio 1 Hottest Records, alongside heavy international airplay, including across Southeast Asia.
This upcoming album follows the massive momentum of their 2023 breakthrough 'Volcano', the album that yielded the huge viral hit "Back On 74", which alone has surpassed 557 million streams and achieved widespread traction across TikTok and global charts. Physical copies of 'Sunshine' are available HERE, with formats in the shape of a translucent brown marble vinyl, a black vinyl and a CD.
Next month sees Jungle's extensive world tour get underway. The run includes the band's biggest headline shows to date, with dates spanning North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and Latin America.
