20-year-old Filipino-American Yvng Jin is fast gaining serious momentum in his young music career, and theincredibly talented singer, songwriter, and producer justreleased his latest single, WALA NANG IBA (NOBODY). It’s a mesmerizing showcase of talent—a grand arrival of sorts for this amazing artist who proudly declares he is a pure-blooded Pinoy despite being born and raised in the US.

“Music’s always been a part of my life”, admits the youngsinger. “I started making music in the 7th grade. I fell in love with it quick.” Asked about his new single NOBODY, the proud Filipino part of him was excited to point out that he dropped a Tagalog version of the song called Wala Nang Iba (Nobody) aside from the English single “NOBODY.” It explores the feeling of finding somebody that nobody else you know compares to”, he adds.
Jin also confesses that being signed by global music labelpowerhouse EMPIRE before even reaching 20 years of age feels like a huge blessing. “People work tirelessly and dream of being signed to a label like EMPIRE and here I am at 20 (already) having reached that goal.” His first album under the label is playfully titled 4EVER YVNG.
When asked what’s next for him, he disclosed that he’s already starting work on his second album, and that he plans to visit the Philippines again since he was still a little kid when he last came here. “Excited to experience beingback in the motherland as a young man”, he says with a smile.
