More than a Christmas get-together, the celebration marks the official launch of Guevarra’s 2026 Christmas menu, giving invited guests an exclusive first taste of the restaurant’s holiday offerings ahead of their public availability from November 16, 2026, to January 1, 2027.
Inspired by the Filipino tradition of salu-salo, Guevarra’s Christmas celebration brings together the flavors and familiar comforts that make the holiday season special. Adding a special touch to the afternoon is a Christmas cooking demonstration featuring Chef Lau and Executive Pastry Chef Jac Laudico, who will share recipes and techniques that guests can recreate in their own kitchens.
Chef Lau will demonstrate how to prepare White Lasagna, a creamy, festive dish perfect for family gatherings and holiday celebrations. Meanwhile, Chef Jac will showcase Banana Q Pudding, a dessert inspired by the familiar Filipino banana cue, reimagined as a sweet treat for the Christmas table.
